Berlin is one of Europe’s cycle capitals and can be considered one of the forerunners in innovation and technology concerning everything to do with cycling. VELO is the leading public bicycle show in the
German capital, with an impact not only on consumers
but also on politics and the media.
For seven years now VELO ‘The Bicycle Festival’ has opened its doors to the
curious and enthusiasts, offering a variety of exhibitions and activities. This
year, for the first time, the festival will be held on the grounds of Tempelhof
Airfield, which was once Berlins functioning airport and has been repurposed as
a location for festivals and leisure.Between the 14th and 15th of April VELO will
present the themes and trends from the bicycle world focusing on four areas:
Urban & Lifestyle, Sports & Adventure, Bike & Travel and Testival & Side-Events.

with experts, bike travellers and panel guests.
