In business development, we distinguish three phases (see illustration above). The interaction between these phases can be described like interlocking gears to generate an optimal output, similar to a wheelwork. Together with our customers we analyze the current situation and work out a solution tailored to the respective corporate strategy.

Our target groups

1. Foreign Companies: Market entry advisory & business development in Germany

Due to its economic power and its excellent location factors Germany is an attractive target for expansion of successful companies and products from abroad. The vast experience, expertise and affinity of businesses, politics and society in terms of sustainability management, sustainable consumption and sustainable lifestyle make Germany an ideal destination for green business expansion.There are also some government grants for sustainable businesses and green innovation, which could support the market entry process. Green Business Development is supporting foreign companies along the entire expansion process.

 2. Start-Ups/ Corporate VC/ Incubators: Matchmaking

Parallel to the inside change process larger companies intensify the change process by a cooperation strategy with sustainable start-ups. The special commitment is reflected in the fact that the enterprise not only is executing an informal cooperation with start-ups or incubators, but is building up its own incubation centers or is performing a direct strategic impact investment in one ore multiple start-ups.

 3. Green Economy:  Business Development

We look at existing businesses and start-ups in the Green Economy. The goal is to analyze and optimize portfolio and processes, with a particular focus on marketing and sales. These measures are designed to improve significantly the KPI (key performance indicators) of the client.

4. Traditional Economy: Green Transformation & Integration

Green transformation means change management inside the company. The business units are assessed and aligned in terms  of sustainability. This will be operated in an integrated approach, where all strategic and operational business units will be screened according to their economic, environmental and social objectives. Tailored to each company a sustainability codex will be developed and implemented in the business units.
